Las habitaciones son muy chiquitas. El agua caliente tarda mucho en salir. El servicio en recepción está muy bien. Se escucha muy fuerte el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado. También se percibe todo lo que pasa afuera en la calle.
Es un excelente lugar para hospedarse, instalaciones nuevas y limpias, ni se diga del personal muy amables todos, el restaurante me dejó sorprendida con la atención y precios tan accesibles, lo recomiendo.
Hotel nuevo, cómodo y con bonitas habitaciones. Tuvimos un detalle con el pago de la habitación pero se arregló rápidamente, aunque fue molesto esperar a media noche para solucionarlo

Excelente experiencia, empezando por su ubicación, muy cerca del centro de Cuautepec. Sus instalaciones y habitaciones son muy limpias, bonitas y cómodas. El personal muy amable en todo momento. Nosotros fuimos a una boda y nos hospedamos ahí, y fueron muy amables que al llegar nos apoyaron para guardar el auto. La comida deliciosa y a muy buen precio. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y volvería.
Bien, habitaciones limpias, atentos en recepción. Pero esta vez que me quede hicieron mucho ruido, se escuchaban voces en los pasillos a las 8:00 am., restaurante bien. Muy recomendable
